Pricing

Quoted per council, against the land you actually manage.

An annual subscription sized by your site count, contractor mix and contract structure, plus a one-off implementation. Tell us your scope and you will have a figure — no discovery call required to get one.

Plans

Three tiers, sized by how much land you manage.

Every tier includes the compliance map, boundary verification and audit-ready reporting — the tier sets the scale, not the capability. Pricing is quoted per council against your site count and contract structure.

Implementation

A one-off setup, quoted with the subscription.

A compliance portal is only as good as the boundary data behind it, so the setup is real work and we price it honestly rather than burying it. It is scoped to your site count — a Starter deployment is a fraction of an Enterprise one.

Commercial questions

Plain answers on the money side.

Why are prices not published?
Because the number that matters is the one in a quote against your scope. A council with 40 sites and one contractor and a council with 300 sites across five contracts are running different systems, and a shelf price would be wrong for both. Tell us your site count and contract structure and you will have a figure — we do not treat it as a secret, we just will not pretend one number fits.
How is the subscription structured?
An annual agreement, invoiced to the council — monthly or annually in advance, whichever suits your finance team. Pricing is fixed for the term, so a busy season never costs more than a quiet one.
What does the implementation cover?
A one-off engagement quoted alongside the subscription: GIS data import and boundary mapping, maintenance schedule configuration, contractor onboarding, council user setup, a training session, and any custom report templates your contract terms require. It is scoped to your site count, so a Starter deployment is a fraction of an Enterprise one.
What happens if we outgrow a tier?
You move up, and the change takes effect from your next invoice. Tiers are sized by sites, contractors and users — passing a limit is a normal event, not a penalty, and nothing stops working while it is sorted out.
Do our contractors pay anything?
Not to Verdue. Contractors submitting completions to your portal are not charged by us. If a contractor chooses to run Stipa for their own proof-of-service and job management, that is their own subscription and their own commercial decision — it is not a condition of working on your contract.
Is there a trial?
Not a self-serve one — a compliance map is meaningless without your boundary data loaded, so a fortnight of an empty portal would tell you nothing. What we do instead is load a sample of your own sites for the demo, so you are looking at your LGA rather than a fictional one. Ask for that when you get in touch.
Do you charge GST?
Quotes are in Australian dollars, exclusive of GST. GST is added and shown on the tax invoice.
What happens to our data if we do not renew?
You export it, in full, and it is yours. Compliance evidence is the council’s record, not our leverage — that is stated in the security brief and in the agreement.

Send us your site count. We'll send back a figure.
