Trials, payments and cancellations

What counts as a job?
A job records work at a site. Every plan includes unlimited jobs and sites, with no per-job charge.
What's the difference between Solo and Pro?
Solo includes three users, with job records, scheduling and completion report exports. Pro includes the same core features with unlimited users and no per-user charge. Separate operator logins are included in both plans.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. The free trial lasts 14 days and doesn’t require a card. You won’t be charged unless you choose a paid subscription.
Is annual cheaper?
Annual billing costs the same as ten monthly payments. Choose monthly or annual when you subscribe, and manage your subscription from the billing page.
Is there a lock-in contract?
Solo, Pro and Operations offer monthly or annual billing. Annual subscriptions are paid upfront. Manage cancellation from your billing page and check the effective end date before confirming. Enterprise and Remote Ops have separately agreed terms.
Can I switch plans later?
You can manage your plan from the billing page. Solo includes three users; choose Pro when you need more, or Operations for crew broadcasts, live operator tracking and contract proof requirements. Check the timing and any charge shown before confirming a change.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Download the job reports and records you need before your paid period ends. If you need help exporting them, contact us before cancelling.
Do you charge GST?
Software prices are in Australian dollars, exclusive of GST. With 10% GST, Operations is $273.90 monthly or $2,739 annually. Review the total and tax shown at checkout before paying.
